Terms and Conditions – Fischerslodge

1. Scope and Conclusion of Contract These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all rental contracts and services offered by Fischerslodge (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “the Provider”) via its website, booking platforms, or direct contact. The contract is concluded when the guest (hereinafter “you” or “the Guest”) receives a written booking confirmation from us.

2. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices stated are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or the deposit specified in the booking confirmation.
Payment is due as stated in the invoice (e.g., 100% in advance for online bookings). We accept common payment methods via our payment service provider (Payrexx).
In case of payment default, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 5 before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: For cancellations made after this period or in case of a no-show, no refund will be issued. We recommend that guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
Any refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Guest Obligations & House Rules

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
The number of guests stated in the booking must not be exceeded.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties.
Pets are only allowed with prior written consent.
The Guest is liable for any damages to the property or inventory caused during their stay.
Quiet hours are to be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for interruptions or impairments of services due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official orders).
We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings of guests. Use of the property and its facilities is at the Guest’s own risk.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

6. Data Protection

We process your personal data (name, contact details, payment information) in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and exclusively for the purpose of contract processing. Your data will not be sold to third parties.

7. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Swiss law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Canton Schwyz.
